About Me
__My career has taken me into the worlds of acting, directing, and most recently arts leadership as the studio director for Michael Howard Studios.
After studying musical theatre at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, I performed in theatres across the country, recurred on Comedy Central's Strangers With Candy, guest starred on NBC's Ed, won a Backstage Award for my one-man show QuarterlifeCrisis, and was directed by Robert DeNiro in The Good Shepherd among other wonderful opportunities.
In 2008, I became Studio Director for the renowned Michael Howard Studios in New York City. In this capacity, I worked closely with world Shakespeare expert Patsy Rodenburg, leading me to associate produce her educational DVD series Shakespeare In The Present being released worldwide in universities and retail.
I am currently a masters candidate in NYU's renowned Educational Theatre program, and am working as a Teaching Artist for Classic Stage Company's nationally recognized Shakespeare outreach program. Having been raised in Atlanta by a puppeteer mother and an actor/producer father, I plan on merging these inspirations into my own company for young actors in New York City.
